Drop in the scanned signing package together with its blank e-docs. Every scanned page is compared with its blank page to find missing borrower signatures, initials and dates, and a missing notary date, signature or seal. Your files are read in this browser and never leave your computer.
1. Scans and blank e-docs
Drop the scanned package here, plus the blank e-docs if you have them
All at once, in any order. Each file is sorted into Scan or Blank automatically. With the blank e-docs, every scanned page is compared with its blank page right here in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
2. Check with Claude (optional)
Extra attention goes to the usual misses: joint-credit initials on each borrower's Form 1003, the W-9 tax classification box, and the 4506-C attestation box. In signature-areas mode each of these gets a separate close-up of just that strip of the form.
Pages are read in this browser. What is sent goes to Claude on your own Claude account, and nothing is stored by this page. Click any page in the findings to see exactly which areas were sent (outlined in blue). Claude can miss things on a faint or crooked scan, and in signature-areas mode it can’t judge anything outside the cut-outs; anything marked “Check” needs your eyes.
